Key responsibilities include using project management software to track progress, communicating updates and potential delays, identifying and mitigating risks, and generating reports for management.Core responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain schedules: Create comprehensive project schedules that detail tasks, dependencies, durations, and resource assignments using project management software.Coordinate and communicate: Collaborate with project managers, internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to align on project goals, deadlines, and progress.Monitor and analyze progress: Track project execution against the schedule, identify potential issues or bottlenecks, and analyze performance data to forecast risks and suggest solutions.Report and advise: Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders on project health, timelines, and key milestones.
