Cash Posting Specialist (Level 1) position at client includes the following details and job expectations:
Job Responsibilities & Expectations
Primary Duties: Opening mail, processing payments, and applying cash/payments into the system (similar to a patient accounts mailroom role).
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (40 hours/week, no overtime).
Work Model: On-site in Hershey, PA. Non-patient facing.
Requirements & Preferred Experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience: 1 year of healthcare experience in any capacity. 1 year of cash posting or accounts payable experience.
Preferred Experience:
1–2 years in a medical setting with exposure to medical billing and insurance claims.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong clerical/administrative skills and proficiency operating office equipment (scanners, fax machines, copiers).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
