Information Technology Project Manager - VB2025

Hybrid work setup of 1 day in office weekly. (Must adjust for in-person meetings)8AM and 5PM Schedule1 Year Contract with extension Manage 2-5 concurrent client enterprise projects across phases including Initiation, Planning, and Execution, ensuring compliance with Enterprise Project Management Process.Lead all PMP-aligned project management processes including initiation (project readiness), detailed planning, resource coordination, risk management, communications, execution monitoring, and project closing activities per clients phase gates and controls.Develop and maintain key project artifacts required by client such as Business Cases, Stakeholder Lists, Communication Plans, Project Charters, Risk Registers, Project Schedules with defined milestones, Benefit Realization Plans, and Status Reports.Facilitate formal phase gate reviews and authorizations (Initiation → Planning → Execution → Closing), ensuring all project deliverables meet client specified inputs, outputs, and approval requirements per each phase in the Enterprise Project Process.Work closely with Business Unit Planning Coordinators (BUPC), Business Planning Analysts (BPA), Project Sponsors, Execution Sponsors, and other key stakeholders to confirm funding, resource availability, and alignment with enterprise priorities.Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, and risks, initiating Change Requests as necessary in accordance with approval thresholds.Provide regular and ad hoc status updates using systems of record (ServiceNow PPM, SAP BPC, and PowerBI dashboards) to ensure enterprise-wide visibility and facilitate governance.Lead project closeout activities including lessons learned documentation and benefits realization follow-up in coordination with Closing and Benefits Realization processes.Ensure adherence to ethical standards, delegated approval authorities, and reporting requirements throughout project lifecycles.Deliverables:Approved Business Cases and Project Charters per projectComprehensive Project Management Plan artifacts aligned with PMP principles and requirementsDetailed Project Schedules with enterprise milestone templates integratedStakeholder Engagement and Communication PlansMonthly (or more frequently as needed) Status Reports and Project DashboardsRisk and Issue Logs with mitigation and escalation paths documentedApproved Change Requests when threshold criteria are metProject Closeout reports including Lessons Learned and Benefits Realization documentationMandatory RequirementsMinimum five (5) years of experience with IT Project ManagementMust have PMP certificationMust have experience in demonstrating successful management of multiple concurrent enterprise-level projects, preferably within regulated or utility environmentsMust have experience and proven knowledge of Enterprise Project Management Process or ability to quickly assimilate and apply the processMust have experience with strong skills in multi-stakeholder communication, schedule and cost control, risk management, and governance adherenceMust have experience and proficient in project management tools such as ServiceNow, SAP BPC, and PowerBI is a plusDesirable QualificationsExperience with Agile frameworks and/or Agile certification.Company DescriptionTechLink Systems is a national provider of staffing services with offices all over the USA as well as development and support centers globally.
