Expense teamOverview of the team: The individual will be part of the Global Accounting and Reporting team which helps ensure the accuracy of accounting for all client entities. Key team goals: ensure 100% controllership integrityResponsibilities & ExpectationsPrimary responsibilities (daily/weekly):Prepare monthly journal entries as assignedPrepare monthly variance analysis for month-end close meetings, both P&L and balance sheet analysis Prepare monthly reconciliations of general ledger accountsEnsure finance policies and guidelines are met satisfactorily during review/audit periodsSupport Accounting Managers with Ad hoc reporting and special projects as requiredCompany DescriptionTechLink Systems is a national provider of staffing services with offices all over the USA as well as development and support centers globally.
