Employment Type: Salaried (overtime paid at time-and-a-half)
Compensation: $25–$40/hour, depending on experience

About the Role
A busy MRO (Aviation Maintenance Provider) in the Doral/Medley area is hiring an experienced Quality Control Inspector to ensure aircraft and component maintenance complies with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, hidden damage, and final inspections per FAA and company standards.
• Verify work orders, documentation, and parts traceability.
• Review and interpret CMMs, SRMs, IPCs, and engineering drawings.
• Document discrepancies and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with maintenance teams to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in aircraft inspection or maintenance.
• Familiarity with FAA Part 145 procedures and quality control manuals.
• A&P certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in documentation and inspection reporting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
