Quality Control Inspector — Doral/Medley, FL (Salaried; OT 1.5×)

Compensation: $25–$40/hour, depending on experience
About the Role
A busy MRO (Aviation Maintenance Provider) in the Doral/Medley area is hiring an experienced Quality Control Inspector to ensure aircraft and component maintenance complies with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, in-process, hidden damage, and final inspections per FAA and company standards.
- Verify work orders, documentation, and parts traceability.
- Review and interpret CMMs, SRMs, IPCs, and engineering drawings.
- Document discrepancies and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with continuous improvement efforts.
- Partner with maintenance teams to maintain compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in aircraft inspection or maintenance.
- Familiarity with FAA Part 145 procedures and quality control manuals.
- A&P certification preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in documentation and inspection reporting.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
