Compensation: $120,000–$135,000
About the Role
TechLine Consulting is hiring on behalf of a client headquartered in Miami, FL. We’re looking for a HRIS Analyst to support the ongoing optimization and expansion of their Workday platform. This position will be working closely with HR and IT teams. The ideal candidate is a Workday generalist with deep curiosity and a desire to grow into broader platform ownership as new modules are adopted.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM (org structures, business processes, security).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and IT on system enhancements and integration needs.
- Support additional Workday modules (e.g., Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting) as needed.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR analytics.
- Monitor data integrity and compliance within the platform.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and functional guidance.
- Participate in testing and adoption of Workday feature releases.
Qualifications
- 5 years of overall Workday experience, with 2 years in Workday HCM.
- Strong knowledge of HCM configuration and business processes.
- Experience building custom reports and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Workday certifications a plus.
