This is a critical, hands-on role at the center of daily operations—working closely with field teams, internal departments, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule daily jobs and logistics operations
- Manage communication between field crews, customers, and internal teams
- Track driver locations, activities, and ensure timely job execution
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and dispatch systems
- Provide real-time updates, including ETAs and job status notes
- Handle inbound calls and follow-ups with professionalism
- Monitor compliance with transportation regulations
- Ensure proper staffing and capacity for all scheduled work
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of dispatch, logistics, or operations experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accountability, energy, and reliability
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Bilingual is a plus
