About the Position
A busy MRO (Aviation Maintenance Provider) in the Millington area is seeking an Aircraft Composite Technician to repair, replace, and modify composite aircraft structures. You’ll ensure top quality and compliance with FAA and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform composite repairs and modifications
- Maintain calibrated tools and proper documentation
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance
- Work efficiently within a team environment
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of composite repair experience
- A&P license a plus, but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in variable conditions
