Job Responsibilities:

Business Setup and Leadership

● Establish Sage Mobile’s UK operations from the ground up, including business registration,

compliance, partnerships, and foundational systems.

● Develop and lead the overall business strategy in alignment with Techless Inc.’s global vision.

● Lead a small, high-performing startup team. Build a culture rooted in mission and operational

excellence.


Product Launch & Scalability

● Drive the successful launch of Sage Mobile’s first product in the UK market.

● Create and implement sustainable processes for logistics, fulfillment, customer service, and

growth marketing.

● Develop repeatable and scalable operational models to support expansion into additional

markets.

● Monitor key metrics around performance, growth, customer satisfaction, and brand impact.


Strategic Operations & Growth

● Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

● Build and manage vendor and channel relationships.

Establish efficient workflows and technology systems for smooth cross-border collaboration with the U.S. team.

● Identify and remove bottlenecks to ensure continuous progress toward company goals.

● Partner with Techless leadership to guide long-term vision, resource allocation, and product

strategy.


Desired Background and Job Skills:

● A former startup founder who successfully built and exited a business and now wants to lead a mission-driven brand.

● An ex-General Manager or Regional Lead from a tech company seeking to launch or scale a new division with ownership and autonomy.

● A Senior Operations or Marketing Lead from a Series A–B startup who has built systems, teams, and processes during rapid growth phases.


Core Skills and Attributes

● Proven ability to take a business from zero to one — establishing operations, brand, and market presence.

● Exceptional leadership and people-development skills.

● Deep operational and strategic acumen across business functions (finance, marketing, supply

chain, customer experience).

● Strong understanding of the UK tech or telecom ecosystem.

● Data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategy.

● Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to inspire teams and investors alike.

● Grit, adaptability, and a founder’s mindset — willing to roll up your sleeves while thinking

long-term.


Requirements

● 5 years of experience in general management, operations, or startup leadership.

● Proven track record in launching or scaling a consumer technology or hardware brand.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

● Experience managing budgets, teams, and P&L responsibilities.

● Entrepreneurial experience or prior exposure to a high-growth startup environment strongly

preferred.


Location: Founder/CEO is in Shiner, TX and this role would need to go to Shiner and London frequently.

Reports To: Executive Leadership, Techless Inc.

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base salary performance incentives equity opportunities

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
