Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lehi, UT for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal. The role involves providing assistance in legal document preparation, performing legal research, and supporting attorneys in various intellectual property matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and maintaining legal files, conducting administrative tasks, and ensuring that clients are prepared for compliance and due diligence processes. The Legal Assistant/Paralegal will also communicate with clients and external parties to facilitate smooth legal operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing administrative assistance and organizational support in a legal environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to correspond professionally with clients and team members.
- Experience in assisting attorneys and supporting their work in managing intellectual property and technology-related cases.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with legal software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
