We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic, experienced Technical Services Analyst to work on-site with our clients in and outside of Orange County. Our successful candidate will have a solid and proven foundation of customer service experience, excellent communication ability, and the knowledge and skill to identify and solve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Complete the installation, calibration and testing of IT equipment and peripherals
- Monitor systems operations to detect potential problems
- Perform basic system and software integration and hardware troubleshooting
- Support technical dress rehearsals efforts for IT projects
- Data Analysis
- Use the system operating system (Windows 7 and up) to perform basics such as adding and removing users
- Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operation
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills
- Hands-on technical aptitude and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Background in desktop support with input and output devices and process experience
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.
- Understanding network infrastructure and software applications is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Suite Applications
- Flexibility to travel within the United States to work on technical projects
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years' experience with a B2B service provider is a plus.
- Professional certification. ITF , A , N , S is a plus.
Prerequisite
Company will not be providing a company vehicle. It is expected for employee(s) to have a reliable vehicle at all times.
