Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Microsoft Intune Specialist L2 to join our on-site team based in Montvale, NJ. In this role, you will manage and maintain Microsoft Intune infrastructure, including configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and updating endpoint devices. You will actively contribute to solution architecture for cloud-based endpoint management, provide consulting services, and ensure efficient business processes for clients. Communicating effectively across teams and working collaboratively to deliver client-focused results is integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Business Process understanding and optimization
• Experience in Consulting, providing tailored IT solutions to organizational needs
• Expertise in Solution Architecture and designing scalable systems
• Solid knowledge of Cloud Computing and Microsoft Intune endpoint management
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and analyze system requirements
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus
