Role Summary:
Liaison between business, application teams, and integration/data engineering teams. Ensures requirements, documentation, and release processes are clear and well managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document integration/API requirements, data flows, mappings, and interface specifications.
- Maintain the enterprise integration catalog and API inventory.
- Coordinate releases, dependencies, testing cycles, and UAT efforts.
- Document SLAs, data contracts, operational expectations, and change requests.
- Maintain traceability for requirements and support change control processes.
- Support communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
