Job Description:
Looking for a Senior Salesforce Resource - Onshore
Standard skillset role: Senior Salesforce Administrator & Developer
Must have:
· Strong hands-on experience in - Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable); Lightning Web Components (LWC); Salesforce Configuration & Administration, Automation, SOQL
· Solid understanding of - Salesforce Security Model (Roles, Profiles, Sharing); Governor Limits and Performance Optimization; API Integrations & Event-Driven Architecture; Multi-Org Environment Management; Best Practices; Data Modeling, Flow Automations
· Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience & Marketing)
Good to have:
· Salesforce Certifications (Platform Dev I/II, Admin, App Builder)
· Experience with Enterprise Integrations, Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake) is a plus
Experience level: 7 years of Salesforce experience
Onshore location: Candidate is expected to work onsite in UPC
Desired profile:
· Very strong Salesforce fundamentals in development and core administration
· Experience in multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience & Marketing)
· Relevant certifications
· Very good communication skills
· Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right/zero defects in production
· Emerging AI, Agentic knowledge is a plus
