About Us
We are a well-established distributor of cleaning supplies and professional kitchen equipment, proudly serving restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, and commercial laundries throughout the region. Our Kitchen Chemical Service Division is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable Field Service Technician to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial dish machines, laundry, and chemical dispensing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
- Install new equipment and dispensers at customer sites.
- Handle service calls, including occasional evening/weekend work.
- Maintain accurate service reports and ensure great customer communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical repair (restaurant or laundry equipment experience a plus).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional nights/weekends for emergency service calls
Work Location:
On the road – Field Service covering the Greater Binghamton Area and surrounding regions

Pay: $27.54 - $33.17 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
