Job Summary
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to handle confidential information while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in electronic databases and systems
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Correct errors and follow up on missing or unclear information
- Maintain organized digital and/or physical records
- Generate basic reports and summaries as required
- Adhere to data security, confidentiality, and company policies
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (1–2 years preferred)
