Construction Foreman

Job Title: Industrial Foreman
Location: Fleetwood, PA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Foreman to lead and oversee industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project timelines and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have strong supervisory experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage and mentor a skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure projects stay on track
• Assemble, install, and perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
• Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders
• Utilize construction management software for scheduling and reporting
• Train and mentor team members to support skill development
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and company/client safety requirements
• Maintain work vehicle in proper condition

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Foreman or Supervisor
• Ability to travel frequently, including long-distance and overnight
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must live within driving distance of Fleetwood, PA
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Proficiency with project scheduling and construction management software
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Knowledge of industrial construction quality standards
