This is a full-time, on-site Client Success Manager role based in Lahore. The Client Success Manager will ensure high client satisfaction by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role includes responsibilities such as addressing client concerns, ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations, analyzing client needs, and developing strategies for client retention and satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and value at every touchpoint.
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to meet client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to foster long-term partnerships and trust.
- Developed Analytical Skills to identify customer challenges and provide data-backed solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
