Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greenhouse ATS Analyst to join our dynamic HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Greenhouse ATS, including complex configurations, integrations, and full-cycle implementations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background who can optimize our recruitment processes, ensure seamless system integrations, and provide ongoing support to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations. Experience with other ATS platforms will not be considered, as this role demands specialized expertise in Greenhouse.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Optimization

Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Greenhouse ATS to meet the organization's recruitment needs.

Develop and maintain complex workflows, custom fields, scorecards, and job board integrations.

Ensure the system is tailored to support diverse hiring processes, including high-volume recruiting, executive hiring, and university recruitment.

Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Integrations & Data Management

Design, implement, and manage integrations between Greenhouse and other HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, onboarding tools) and third-party applications (e.g., LinkedIn, background check providers).

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Develop and maintain data migration plans for system upgrades or changes.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all system configurations and integrations.
Full-Cycle Implementations

Lead end-to-end Greenhouse ATS implementations, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, recruitment, and leadership) to ensure successful project delivery.

Document implementation processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.
Stakeholder Support & Training

Serve as the primary point of contact for Greenhouse-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in Greenhouse functionality.

Create and maintain comprehensive user documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and process workflows.
Reporting & Analytics

Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline).

Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
System Upgrades & Maintenance

Stay informed about new Greenhouse features, updates, and industry trends.

Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to recruitment operations.

Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
Qualifications
Required Experience

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.

At least 2 full-cycle Greenhouse implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-launch support.

Deep knowledge of Greenhouse integrations with HRIS, payroll, and other third-party systems.

Proven experience in complex system configurations, including custom workflows, scorecards, and job board integrations.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in Greenhouse API and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato).

Advanced knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.

Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
