Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee aircraft maintenance operations, ensure FAA compliance, and lead a team of maintenance professionals. This role is responsible for maintaining aircraft airworthiness, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a safe and efficient maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of aircraft.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and aircraft return-to-service activities.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance personnel.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Ensure required tools, equipment, and parts inventory are available and properly maintained.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized maintenance facility.
• Monitor safety equipment and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Delegate maintenance tasks while maintaining overall responsibility for maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of General Aviation maintenance experience.
• Previous Maintenance Manager experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have a basic set of hand tools.
