Senior AI/ML Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join the Research and Development organization for our customer who is a quickly growing start up. This position involves combining research and knowledge of how AI/ML models work and combining it with known datasets from the MITRE ATT&CK framework and other proprietary data to help critical infrastructure decide what to work on next.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning models to predict outcomes such as likelihood and impact
- Collaborate with Product and Platform Engineering to help drive AI/ML changes
necessary to deliver value to our customers
- Identify and research new and novel methods on how to implement best practices for
AI/ML models
- Be a technical lead for junior AI/ML engineers and drive progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, or other related sciences
- 4 years of AI/ML research and development specifically with emphasis on deploying
models in production and identifying ways to enhance such models
- Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and ICS/OT
- Good communication skills and documentation
- Proficient in coding with Python, Golang, or Rust
