Teche Action Clinic, A Federally Qualified Health Center, per Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act, is currently seeking qualified applicants for our Pediatrician position based in Houma, Louisiana.
Teche Action Board dba “Teche Health” has exciting opportunities for a Pediatrician to join our Federally Qualified Health Centers. This position is for our site in Houma, Louisiana. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working and flexible, must be able to multi-task, have a great attitude, thrive in a fast-paced work environment and must be a rapid learner. Ideal candidates will have a passion for serving the underserved and be able to work as a team player in building a strong practice. This clinic-based opportunity is well supported by MD’s, NP’s, RN’s, LPN’s and Medical Assistants.
Qualifications:
Must be Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Must be a graduate of an approved medical school, completion of an approved internship and/or residency program in Pediatrics
- Must be currently licensed for the practice of Medicine in the State of Louisiana or eligible
- Newly trained as well as experienced physicians are welcomed to apply
- Flexible Work Hours with no on-call.
