Key qualifications:
• Knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Compass and Confluence
• Experience writing material and conducting trainings
• Ability to identify, triage and debug technical design issues, arriving at root cause
• Some understanding of the HW design process from library creation to schematic, PCB design and signal analysis flow
• Some understanding of the QA process and test case development
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint or similar tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with an ability to work with different constituencies operating at various skill levels
• Thrives in a dynamic work environment, both independently and as a part of a team
Desirable Qualifications:
• Experience of version control tools such as Perforce or GIT
• Experience with corporate Learning Management System such as iSpring Learn, Docebo, 360Learning, etc.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PERL, etc.
• Knowledge of Numbers, Pages and Keynote
