Job Title: Purchasing Business Developer_Lead
Location: Greensboro, NC
Onsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer location
As a Business Development Manager, you will act as Reman & Circularity Purchasing interface towards a selected set of the Group Business Areas, mirroring their structure and ensuring a coordinated, value-driven, and forward-looking relationship across the Group.
In this role, you will orchestrate and drive all activities connected to the management of your assigned Business areas across the Group, in close collaboration with value chains, and functional stakeholders. You will help create alignment accross Business Areas, enable faster decisions, and ensure a consistent One approach towards suppliers with major strategic importance.
You will secure:
Strategic Alignment
Consolidate views on Service market Reman & Circular business including priorities, risks, and opportunities across entities and functions.
Drive a clear cross-functional circular strategy for your business areas on a regional basis.
Act as a connector across Business areas, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders to maximize synergies and alignment.
Lead investigations, prepare recommendations, escalation points, and decision material for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Governance, Ways of Working & Tools
Coordinate and prepare standard governance, reporting, and executive interactions with the business areas.
Drive consistency in how RFGroup engages with suppliers on Reman and Circularity through common ways of working, governance principles, and reporting.
Ensure an effective collaboration model with key Business Areas, balancing speed, consistency, trust, and transparency.
Contribute to the continuous development of Circular & Reman and SO&T Purchasing department, and operating model.
Early Involvement
Support Business areas defining their service market offer at the early stage of Start Costs Projects.
Secure Reman & Circular pre-requisites are defined in order to be embedded in RFQ to suppliers and fulfilled at supplier awards.
Identify and foster business opportunities with suppliers, including innovation pipeline, early-phase collaboration, and outside-in market intelligence.
- Enable stronger long-term competitiveness through proactive supplier engagement in upstream phases.
