Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAFe Agile Product Owner with strong Insurance domain expertise and hands-on experience with FINEOS. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, backlog prioritization, and delivery within a SAFe Agile environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
Act as the Product Owner within a SAFe Agile framework, managing and prioritizing the team backlog.
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Insurance Domain Expertise
Work closely with business stakeholders across Life, Health, or P&C Insurance domains.
Understand core insurance processes such as:
Policy Administration
Claims Management
Underwriting
