Must Have Technical/Functional Skills - Overview
A Techno-Functional OMS Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AutoZone’s Order Management ecosystem.
The role will focus on enhancing and integrating Kibo OMS, Orderful, and Kibo Drop Ship capabilities, ensuring seamless end-to-end order orchestration and fulfillment processes across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional & System Ownership
• Own and manage AutoZone OMS landscape (Kibo, Orderful, Drop Ship modules)
• Document and enhance current OMS capabilities, workflows, and integrations
• Define and optimize end-to-end order lifecycle scenarios (order capture, routing, fulfillment, drop ship)
Integration & Solutioning
• Drive seamless integration between Orderful and Kibo OMS including Drop Ship
• Collaborate with engineering teams on API-led, event-driven integrations
• Ensure alignment with existing AZ enterprise systems and processes
Assessment & Gap Analysis
• Conduct current state assessments of OMS capabilities
• Perform technical and functional gap analysis
• Recommend solution approaches for Drop Ship enablement and OMS enhancements
Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint execution
• Define and enforce Definition of Done and Definition of Ready
• Drive delivery within Agile / SAFe frameworks across cross-functional teams
Engineering & Delivery Execution
• Support engineering teams in standing up Kibo Drop Ship module
• Coordinate across development, QA, and integration teams
• Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality OMS solutions
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work with AutoZone business, IT, and external partners
• Facilitate alignment across teams for end-to-end solution delivery
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned towards business outcomes and delivery milestones
Required Qualifications
• B Tech, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in Order Management Systems (OMS) preferably Kibo OMS / Retail Commerce platforms
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Kibo OMS, Orderful (or similar EDI/integration platforms), and Drop Ship processes
• Proven experience in system integration, API-based architectures, and enterprise application ecosystems
• Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum
• Experience in functional design, system documentation, and process modeling
• Strong track record in gap analysis, solutioning, and end-to-end delivery execution
Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of integration, engineering, and OMS enhancements
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Kibo Drop Ship module implementation
• Exposure to retail / omnichannel commerce ecosystems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and integration tools
• Experience working with distributed global teams
