Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives including pricing strategy, GTM design, platform monetization, and marketing operations
- Partner with leadership to prepare board materials, investor updates, and internal operating plans
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable, repeatable systems
- Own financial operations: invoicing, vendor payments, expense tracking, and revenue reconciliation
- Maintain the live operating model (cash flow, runway, headcount planning, revenue tracking)
- Interface with external vendors, partners, and service providers
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting infrastructure across product and growth
- Create and maintain internal documentation including sales operations, playbooks, and process maps
- Optimize customer onboarding workflows to accelerate adoption and revenue realization
Experience
- 2–8 years of experience in Business Operations, startup operations, fintech operations, or consulting with hands-on execution responsibility
- Mandatory experience operating inside a startup or high-growth venture environment
- Not a purely advisory or academic profile
- Strong systems-builder mindset with an emphasis on automation and operational leverage
- Ability to operate at speed while maintaining high standards for accuracy and output
- Highly organized, resourceful, and impact-oriented
- Base Salary: $100,000–$220,000
- Equity: Competitive equity package included
- Location: NYC preferred (in-person strongly favoured); remote candidates must travel to NYC quarterly
