We're looking for a 3D Motion & Marketing Designer to take full ownership of our brand's visual storytelling, with a focus on 3D and motion content across social media, campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and events.

We're looking for a 3D Motion & Marketing Designer to take full ownership of our brand's visual storytelling, with a focus on 3D and motion content across social media, campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all 3D and motion design initiatives across marketing, brand and product
- Conceptualize, design, and animate visuals for campaigns, launches, and social media
- Create 3D illustrations, motion sequences, and animations that reflect our brand aesthetic
- Build and expand our marketing design system
- Take ownership of projects from idea to final delivery — storyboarding, animating, compositing, editing, and finishing
- Expert-level motion design and animation (After Effects one or more 3D tools: Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift, Octane)
- Strong modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering skills in 3D
- High-end compositing and editing ability
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with sound design and audio sync for motion
- Comfort with video editing tools (Premiere, Resolve, etc.)
- Familiarity with Lottie and Spline
- Crypto/Web3 experience (nice-to-have, not required)
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
