Warehouse Position - Electronic Recycling

Techbros Electronic Recycle is one of Arizona’s most certified electronics recycling and IT asset disposition (ITAD) providers. We specialize in secure data handling, electronics recycling, refurbishment, resale, and logistics. Our team plays a hands-on role in protecting the environment while safeguarding client equipment and data.

Position Overview

We are hiring a dependable and motivated team member for a primarily warehouse-focused position.

The main responsibilities include unloading and processing incoming electronics, sorting, testing, inventory management, preparing equipment for resale, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

This position will also occasionally assist with client pickups and deliveries, so candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable operating company vehicles when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse and production tasks including unloading inbound material, intake, tagging, sorting, testing, and organizing equipment
• Test, process, and prepare electronics for resale through e-commerce platforms
• Assist with packaging, shipping, and order fulfillment
• Accurately process equipment and inventory within our ERP system
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and assist with end-of-day warehouse cleanup
• Occasionally operate company vehicles for secure client pickups and deliveries
• Safely load and unload electronics and other client equipment
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain required driver logs when assigned driving duties
• Maintain proper chain of custody for client equipment throughout the handling process
• Follow company safety, environmental, data security, and compliance procedures, including R2v3 and NAID AAA requirements

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles when needed
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Comfortable working primarily in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable occasionally assisting with pickups and deliveries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior warehouse, logistics, electronics processing, or box truck experience preferred

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday
7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
