Field Service Technician – Forklift & Material Handling Equipment

Techbe Forklifts is a full-service material handling company providing equipment sales, parts, service, and rentals. We’re looking to add a skilled and motivated technician to our growing team.

This position is ideal for an experienced mechanic with a background in automotive, commercial, or heavy equipment repair. Prior forklift experience is helpful but not required.

As a field service technician, you’ll be provided with a company van and tools, and will travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment, including electric, LPG, and diesel-powered forklifts.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems
• Perform hydraulic system repairs
• Service and troubleshoot propane (LPG) fuel systems
• Work with electronic control systems and onboard diagnostics
• Complete general mechanical repairs and maintenance
• (Optional) Perform basic welding when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in automotive, commercial, or heavy equipment repair
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Comfortable using both specialized and standard tools
