We are looking for a Technical Consultant (Integration) - Workday (AMS)
Location : Irvine, CA (hybrid)
Key Skills
• Hands‑on experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI)
• Strong understanding of Workday inbound/outbound data flows
• Experience in production support and incident management
• Ability to analyze logs, error messages, and data exceptions
• Working knowledge of security, data privacy, and access controls
• Good communication skills to coordinate with functional teams and L3 partners
Role Summary
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 integration support for Workday, ensuring reliable operation of inbound and outbound integrations and timely resolution of integration‑related issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio – support only)
• Perform triage and troubleshooting of integration and batch job failures
• Coordinate integration re‑runs, data corrections, and incident resolution
• Validate data flows between Workday and downstream/upstream systems
• Support UAT, regression testing, and release validation for integrations
• Maintain integration runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
