We are looking for committed team players to join us to apply your expertise and work with agile development teams to re-engineer business processes, perform functionality tests, and deliver the next generation system that improves how taxpayers connect and interact with us.
What you will be working on :
- Collaborate with business units within the division and across IRAS to reimage business processes and redesign how our core system can support IRAS’ future needs through innovation.
- Scope and manage business requirements through iterative information gathering in collaboration with stakeholders and capture, analyze, and translate user needs into user stories.
- Work with the development team to validate user stories as part of the Agile delivery cycle, e.g., user stories grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demo, etc.
- Embrace digitalization at work and co-create solutions with stakeholders.
- Perform and support user acceptance testing activities.
- Perform functional testing and verification of data migration.
