The primary objective in this role is to support several general office functions including: bookkeeping, invoicing, payment processing, reporting and reconciliations. This position comes with the opportunity to advance into a managerial role quickly.
This is an onsite role and the schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:30am 4:30pm.
The ideal candidate posses the following attributes;

-Proficient in bookkeeping with a good understanding of GL Debits and Credits
-Proficient administrative skills
-Strong information retention skills
-Punctual with the ability to manage time well
-Proficient in reconciling account statements and GLs

-Proficient communication skills and phone etiquette
Job duties would include the following;
-Administrative, clerical and general office tasks/functions
-Bookkeeping and General Ledger entries
-Order entry, Invoicing, and payment processing
-Invoicing
-Filing
-Receiving
-Daily reporting and monthly reconciliations
