Your Key Responsibilities:
When you join the Transaction Economics Group, you’ll analyze structured financial
transactions across diverse industries, employing your expertise in economics and finance.
You'll work closely with clients and teams, using advanced modeling techniques for financial and
economic analysis. Your role involves creating financial models, researching market trends, and
enhancing your understanding of tax policies and their business implications.
Your responsibilities will include::
● Develop financial models and tools to support client transactions such as asset
acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate reorganizations.
● Use corporate finance principles to evaluate the economic impact of deal structures.
● Create reports and presentations for clients.
● Participate in all transaction stages, from evaluating options to deal closure, and compile
related documentation.
Qualification:
● A predicted undergraduate or graduate degree with a concentration in finance or a
related field; supported by a strong academic record.
● Proficient with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
● Demonstrated writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is $36-45 / hr.
