Electro Mechanical Technician – Tackle Troubleshooting, Not Just Tasks

Intro:
If you're the kind of tech who likes figuring out what’s really going on when equipment acts up, especially with PLCs or low-voltage controls, this is your opportunity to put those skills to use in a clean, modern manufacturing environment where problem-solving is the job.

The Role:
You'll be the go-to technician for instrumentation and controls issues across production lines. Most of your work will focus on low-voltage systems, sensors, and PLCs. You'll also have access to hands-on training and a manager who actually rolls up his sleeves and helps you improve.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage and control system issues

  • Work directly with a skilled manager who offers real support and mentorship

  • Partner with operators to diagnose root causes, not just symptoms

  • Build your skills through over 2,000 hours of structured on-the-job training

  • Cross-train on different lines and systems to expand your technical range

What You Bring:

  • 3 to 5 years of industrial maintenance or electro-mechanical experience

  • Comfortable working with PLCs, sensors, and low-voltage electrical

  • Familiarity with 3-phase motors and basic fluid power

  • Curious mindset, strong initiative, and solid troubleshooting instincts

What’s In It For You:

  • Weekly pay with daily overtime eligibility

  • Clean, well-lit facility with a strong safety culture

  • Full benefits including healthcare, PTO, 401(k), and more

  • Company-paid PPE, uniforms, and tool support

  • Access to on-site training lab and continued development opportunities

  • Long-term potential to move into more advanced technical work
