- Oversee the transition of internal systems and databases (currently Oracle) to the cloud
- Reestablish a smart resourcing strategy, balancing contractors vs. FTEs with justified, cost-effective plans
- Support CFR Part 11-compliant systems, especially around validation, GCP, and documentation
- Develop and execute a clear, collaborative annual roadmap for IT that aligns with company initiatives
- Participate in every new client setup (Medidata, internal systems, etc.) to ensure proper IT integration
