Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our dynamic automotive team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive repair and diagnostics of all makes and models. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of repair and maintenance.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
• Execute repairs on gas, diesel, and hybrid engines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and components effectively.
• Align vehicles using Hunter Alignment equipment and techniques to meet manufacturer specifications..
• Employ power tools and various equipment for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with Service advisors regarding customers vehicle needs and repair status.

Experience

• Proven experience in automotive repair.
• Strong background in gas and diesel engine repair is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, including the use of diagnostic tools and software.
• Familiarity with schematics and the ability to interpret technical documents is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service roles within the automotive industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
