Tech Trek Events is looking for an Event Manager (Contract) to lead the planning and execution of the NexGen Banking Summit (3rd Edition) — a global conference bringing together senior banking executives, fintech innovators, policymakers, and technology leaders.

The NexGen Banking Summit is a premier global platform exploring the future of finance — covering Digital Transformation, Generative AI, Open Banking, Cybersecurity, CX, and Regulatory Compliance.
Now in its 3rd edition, it connects top banks, fintechs, and technology providers through keynote sessions, panels, and exclusive 1:1 sponsor meetings.
As the Event Manager, you will:
- Plan, organize, and execute the NexGen Banking Summit – 3rd Edition
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and on-site logistics
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, delegates, and vendors
- Lead 1:1 sponsor meetings and ensure seamless event flow
- Handle venue, vendor contracts, and registration processes
- Collaborate with marketing for event promotions and delegate engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or similar
- 1–2 years of event management or conference experience
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in event tools (Eventbrite, Cvent, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to manage global stakeholder communication
- Must be based in India (Indian profile only)\
- Be part of a global, high-profile banking summit
- Work directly with CXOs, sponsors, and industry leaders
- Gain hands-on experience managing sponsor 1:1 meetings
