What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Developer with Government Cloud/GovCloud position at Tech Tandem Inc?
High-Level Individual Duties:
- Own and manage the Salesforce Government Cloud environment under the technical manager s oversight, following existing enhancement and release processes.
- Partner with the current team that handles administration and release scheduling; these new developers will focus on keeping GovCloud in sync with commercial where possible.
- Handle ad hoc development specific to aerospace business needs.
- Senior Developer: initially ~70% handson development / 30% architecture; over time this will shift to ~70% architecture / 30% development.
- Both developers will work primarily in an isolated GovCloud environment, with occasional access to the main commercial org.
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
- Senior Developer: 7-10 years as a Salesforce Developer. Should have the aptitude to evolve into an Architect
- Strong Government Cloud experience is required for the Senior role. Should have prior experience with either Sales, Service, and/or Manufacturing as well.
- MidLevel Developer: 5 years of Salesforce development experience; preferred experience with Government Cloud but commercial experience in Sales, Service, or Manufacturing Cloud is acceptable.
- Looking for developers, not administrators or architects.
