Position Overview:
- Our client is a global, employee-owned engineering, consulting, and construction firm specializing in critical infrastructure. Headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, with more than 100 offices worldwide, the organization provides engineering, consulting, construction, and lifecycle services for large, complex, capital-intensive infrastructure projects.
- The organization is transitioning its Salesforce capabilities from a managed service model to an internally operated Salesforce team. The team will provide architecture, development, support, and data analysis across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Net Zero Cloud.
- We are seeking a Salesforce Architect / Salesforce SME with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to drive Salesforce architecture, sales process enablement, integrations, and long-term platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Salesforce architecture and technical leadership across the enterprise Salesforce environment.
- Design and implement scalable solutions with a primary focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Evaluate and enhance the existing Salesforce configuration framework and introduce custom solutions where appropriate.
- Support sales processes including lead conversion, account and opportunity management, proposal management, quoting, and sales enablement.
- Design and support Marketing Cloud and Pardot/Account Engagement integrations and capabilities.
- Develop scalable architecture and integration strategies for a Salesforce environment supporting approximately 1,300 users.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Establish and maintain Salesforce architecture, integration, security, governance, and design standards.
- Support Salesforce release management, CI/CD, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
- Work within an Agile delivery environment, using Jira for project and sprint management.
- Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and other team members.
- Help transition Salesforce capabilities from the existing managed-service model to an internally operated team.
