What We Need
- Proven experience with agile project management and facilitating standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Hands-on experience implementing and administering ClickUp (preferred) or similar task management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) to manage workflows, task tracking, and reporting.
- Experience with the end-to-end reporting process — from requirements gathering to development, quality control, and final delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with a timeline-driven, methodical approach.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and drive improvements forward.
- Demonstrated ability to review existing processes, facilitate cross-office meetings, co-create new workflows, and document them for consistency and adoption.
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in K–12 education, public sector, or compliance-driven reporting environments.
- Exposure to data governance or quality assurance practices.
