POSITION: Occupancy Compliance Manager
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA.
STATUS: Full Time / Permanent
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee occupancy compliance for assigned properties and housing programs.
• Conduct tenant file reviews and ensure timely certifications and renewals.
• Maintain waiting lists, applications, leases, and related documentation.
• Train and support property and compliance staff.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing, ADA, and Section 504 regulations.
• Serve as liaison with HUD, PHAs, TCAC, auditors, and other agencies.
• Participate in annual compliance training and update internal procedures accordingly.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in affordable housing compliance or occupancy management.
• Strong knowledge of HUD and LIHTC regulations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred
