Job Overview
GuardTech Systems LLC (GTS) is seeking an experienced and dynamic CSR for the LaRC Logistics Project at Hampton Virginia. The role is very visible as it reports directly to the Project Manager and directly coordinates with the GTS President & COO and the company’s Chief Administrative Officer. The successful candidate will have well grounded experience in customer service methods and procurements. A successful CSR ensures timely deliveries, enhances customer satisfaction, and upholds the company’s reputation for reliability. This is an Exempt position.

Key Responsibilities.

· Serves as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipment, delivery and order queries.

· Provides real-time tracking updates and communicates delays or issues proactively.

· Handles documentation and coordinates across various departments.

· The CSR is the central procurements point of contact for the project working with customers, various departments, and corporate staff.

Essential Skills.

· Must be able to multi-task very effectively

· Must demonstrate exceptional Communication and Problem-Solving

· Must be adept at Time Management to meet suspense’s.

· Must be able to project, track, and close cost expenses.

· Must have good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Tools for business and logistics

· Must be able to work in a collaborative work environment where continuous improvement and problem-solving are at the forefront with a dynamic and often fast paced schedule.

· Should be proficient in general logistics and supply chain management software.

· Should be accurately perform data analysis and reporting skills to track orders, receipts and shipments effectively.

· Should have familiarity with supply, shipping and receiving documentation and industry protocols.

· Should be familiar with mail room operations.

Background.

Must be a US Citizen

Must have a High School degree, and Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business is preferred

A minimum of 3-5 years as a CSR or like position is required, 7-10 years is optimal

US military veterans are preferred especially logisticians.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.45 - $25.50 per hour
