Job Summary
A growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team is seeking a Field Representative I specializing in high-volume data entry, document processing, and quality control. This role requires strong typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. You will work onsite handling digital document processing, metadata entry, check validation, and production-based tasks.
This is a temp-to-engage opportunity with long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-speed manual data entry (target: 15,000 keystrokes per hour).
- Validate data extracted from digital documents and correct exceptions.
- Validate classification of automatically processed documents.
- Review and correct redacted data with low confidence levels.
- Enter manual metadata indexing from digital documents.
- Perform quality control of scanned and digitally converted documents.
- Validate incoming checks including payee, date, signatures, and amounts.
- Reconcile check batches and distribute amounts according to customer requirements.
- Compare hardcopy documents with digital versions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain high accuracy and speed to meet productivity standards.
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
- Adapt to procedural changes and maintain performance in repetitive tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members and maintain positive communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of data entry or related experience.
- Must meet typing requirements:
- 45 WPM (typing test required)
- 10-key proficiency
- Minimum 10,000 keystrokes/hour
- Experience with computers, digital document systems, and data entry software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify errors and correct data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be flexible and able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Customer service mindset and team-oriented attitude.
