About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Digital Product Manager to support a high-impact AI/ML initiative focused on conversational AI and business intelligence products. This position is part of a fast-moving product & engineering organization working on next-generation AI experiences.
Candidates must have hands-on experience building and shipping AI products and must be able to work PST hours.
Driving distance to Beaverton, OR is required for occasional on-site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Define vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML digital products
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and identify new opportunities for AI innovation
- Build prototypes when necessary and demo AI solutions to stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, reviews, demos, backlog grooming
- Measure success through product adoption, performance metrics, and cost efficiency
- Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them to improve product capabilities
- Manage cross-product dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimization
- Communicate product strategy, architecture concepts, and technical direction to technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
- 8 years as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Technical Product Manager
- Experience building and shipping AI/ML frameworks, platforms, or production-grade products
- Experience working in matrix organizations and managing cross-functional dependencies
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML pipelines: development → deployment → optimization
- Strong proficiency with Agile, Jira, Confluence, Figma, LucidChart
- Experience participating in multiple full-cycle product development projects
- Strong storytelling ability and skill in communicating product value across the enterprise
- Bachelor’s degree required
