Area Customer Service Coordinator – Managed Services (Onsite)
Madison, WI (Multiple Site Coverage)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$20.00 per hour

We are looking for a highly adaptable and customer-focused Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple client locations. This is an onsite, field-based role ideal for someone who is organized, great with customers, and comfortable traveling between sites throughout the week.
Position Overview
You will support managed services operations such as mailroom activities, print services, phone support, supply delivery, equipment oversight, and general customer service across several assigned locations. This role includes covering sites during absences, assisting with new account setups, and ensuring service quality across all facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across multiple customer sites within a defined region
- Assist with mail services, print jobs, toner replacement, and general office support
- Travel between locations using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Perform visual inspections to ensure compliance with service standards and safety
- Support onboarding, training, and process implementation for new accounts
- Assist with documentation such as Site Procedure Guides and monthly operational reports
- Provide excellent customer service and gather feedback from end users
- Step in to support sites during vacations, absences, or high-volume days
- Communicate effectively with clients, leadership, and onsite staff
- Maintain accurate expense reports and follow operational best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum 12 months of customer service or related experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to travel 40–50 miles when required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and pushing equipment
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and business needs
- Comfort working in both office and warehouse environments
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional flexibility required for sites with earlier or later operating hours
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
- Mileage reimbursed
- Temporary contract position
