Job Description

Perform needs assessments, strategic learning assessments, and other studies to focus learning needs and form the basis for curriculum development.
Design and develop training plans including learning objectives, course outlines, case studies, measurement tools, study materials, on-line or presentation content, learning resources, job aids and other materials to support adult learning in highly technical areas.
Develop training roadmaps and course maps for face-to-face, web-conference and e-learning.
Research subject matter and interview subject matter experts to extract content that will be used from initial course design, development and delivery to include post-delivery evaluation.
Provide on-going assistance and support to instructors and trainers.

Job Requirements

Advanced writing and editing skills.
Excellent oral communication, presentation/training and interpersonal skills.
Advanced skills in planning, organizing and self-management.
Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages while meeting deadlines and standards.
Precise, thorough, and detail oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet searches.
Knowledge of Clinical Research a plus.
This is a hybrid position with 2 days in TRI's Bethesda, Maryland office, and 3 days working remotely.
