Performs administrative functions for the VP of Quality and Compliance
Responsible for managing the QA Department’s travel schedule and associated paperwork
Provide administrative functions during client audits

Job Requirements

5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Service driven and highly organized
Ability to consistently demonstrate tact, diplomacy and good judgment
Demonstrates flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
Demonstrates ability to anticipate and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
High School Diploma
