Accounting Specialist

JOB DUTIES:
Process accounts payable and receivable daily transactions
Enter and post commission orders
Record credit card/Check/ACH payments
Assist in processing customer purchase orders
Accounts receivable collection calls
New customer credit checks
Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, customers and suppliers
Support outside sales personnel
Check, respond and follow-up to all emails
Provide great customer service
Follow company policies and maintain acceptable attendance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Proficient and accurate Data entry skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and retain large amounts of information
Team oriented and flexible
Must have a high level of professionalism and great work ethic
Ability to perform in pressure situations
2 years accounts receivable/payable experience is required
