Role Overview
Tech Plus Communications is onboarding independent 1099 contractors for high-volume Spectrum projects in Greensboro. We are looking for field-ready specialists for residential and commercial installations and service rescues. This is a full-time commitment; we do not hire through LLCs.
Service Areas
While this post is for Greensboro, we also have active operations in Charlotte, Gastonia.
Pay Structure (Per Task)
Contractors are paid per completed work order:
- Residential Single Play (RSP): $52.56
- Residential Double Play (RDP): $65.47
- Residential Trouble Call (RTC): $33.42
- Rescue Single Play (RRTCSP): $44.07
Earnings & Training
- Daily Earnings: Average $200–$250 per day.
- Onboarding: 2-week field-readiness program.
- Training Pay: Flat rate of $400 per week.
Schedule & Requirements
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; includes at least one weekend day.
- Vehicle: Must own a Truck, SUV, or Minivan (No sedans).
- Tools: Must own basic hand tools; must provide your own smartphone.
- Status: Individual 1099 only (No LLCs).
Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per day
